Our contribution to Make Bake Cook Book is a Backyard Baked Alaska. This dessert is flavoured using various parts of the dandelions that we foraged from our back garden in the Southside of Glasgow.

Our recipe in the book is held within a paper fortune teller game. Sharing both physical and conceptual characteristics to the baked alaska itself, the fortune teller playfully reveals itself over time.

This project was organised by David McDiarmid and commissioned by The Artists’ Tuck Shop in 2020.
