salt is the collaborative practice of Juliane Foronda and Ieva Grigelionyte, which is rooted in food and hospitality. Founded in summer 2020 and currently based in Glasgow, the collective practises ongoing food-sharing as a means of contributing to the wider discourse of food politics through research, as well as fostering community and conversation.
